Privacy promise

The art is the family’s. The account is the parent’s.

Tiny Masterpieces is built on one rule: nothing leaves the family without a caregiver’s OK. This page is the long-form version of that promise.

What we collect

On the waitlist, we ask for one thing: your email address. That’s it. No name, no child’s age, no address, no phone, no profile photo.

If you join the pilot later, we’ll ask for what we genuinely need to run the product: the parent’s name, a postal address for the postcards you want to send, and a billing email. We will never ask for a child’s social profile, a school, or a date of birth. We have no use for it.

Who sees the art

Two accounts ever see a given drawing: yours, and whoever you mail the postcard to. There is no public gallery, no suggested-followers surface, no “family of the week” campaign, no algorithmic feed.

Within your family, parents are the only account holders. Each child lives under their parent’s supervision: no separate login, no password to forget, no inbox to worry about.

What stays on your device

The original photo of your child’s drawing stays on the parent’s phone. You delete it, it’s gone. We do not back up the gallery to our servers because we have no reason to.

What lives on our servers, and for how long

We keep a working copy of an approved drawing long enough to print and mail the postcard (around fourteen days). A small thumbnail stays on your dated timeline until you remove it or wipe the child. Print vendors receive the file to print, then delete it within fourteen days.

Researchers: zero. We do not sell, share, or rent art to anyone. We do not license it, do not train anything on it, and do not show it to advertisers.

Tracking, cookies, and analytics

This page and the rest of the site set no cookies. We do not run third-party pixels, no behaviour analytics, no A/B-testing scripts, no session-replay tools, and especially not on any view a child could ever reach.

Deletion

Email tiny-masterpieces@polsia.app with the address you signed up with and we will delete everything tied to it within thirty days. We will send a one-line confirmation when the deletion is complete.

Children's information

We don’t hold accounts for children, collect personal information from children, or let anyone contact them through us. Every account belongs to a parent; children interact only with a camera on the parent’s phone. We apply the same protections to any information that touches a child’s drawing as we would if COPPA applied directly — because protecting children’s privacy is a design choice, not a regulatory floor we’re trying to reach.
