Can I include a personal note with the first card?
Yes. After you check out you can write a short note — about a paragraph — and we print it on the inside of the first postcard's envelope. They open the mail to you, before any of the art arrives.
What if their address changes mid-month?
Update it from your phone in a tap. The next postcard they receive is sent to the new address. We don't bill or refund for the change — it's included.
How often do postcards arrive?
The Fridge sends two postcards per month to one address. The Family sends six postcards per month to up to three addresses. Every postcard is approved by you first.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Yes. Cancel anytime with no notice. You stay in control of your plan, your address list, and what gets approved for mailing.
